Scheepjes Stone Washed is a silky soft yarn, despite its harsh name. The characteristic Stone Washed look is due to the unique production method of this yarn: colorful and fluffy acrylic fibers are blown into an ecru cotton web. The yarn has the breathable quality of cotton, but is durable and easy to care for thanks to the acrylic content. This combination makes Scheepjes Stone Washed ideal for a wide variety of knitting and crochet projects, and suitable for any season. The yarn is available in a wide range of colors, from soft pastels and earth tones to bright colors.
