Project "EDIC: support for digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence in Latvia"

LatvianCrafts.lv (Sia Jūrmalas Studija) is participating in the project "EDIC: support for digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence in Latvia", which aims to promote the implementation of digital technologies and the practical application of AI solutions in business.

During the project, we tested the platform TGCallsoft.eu , in real-world conditions. This initiative helps us develop more modern customer service solutions, improve service quality and efficiency.

The project is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union and NextGenerationEU, as well as within the framework of the National Development Plan 2027 in cooperation with the European Digital Innovation Hub.
